Return Policy Guidelines: Returned items must be received with all original product hang tags and labels attached, hygienic liners intact and in new condition to be accepted. We do not accept return of any items that show evidence of having been worn (soiled, laundered or otherwise damaged) or used by the customer in any way other than fitting. Items with odor of perfume, cigarette smoke or any other fragrance that implies wear will also be denied return. All items kept more than 30 days from the date of purchase are considered accepted by the customer and the sale final. Items returned that violate our policies or do not meet our guidelines will be returned to the customer, and no credit or exchange will be issued. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) prior to sending your return.
